| Description: |
Calling it a musket might be too charitable. It's really a metal tube with a fuse on a stick. With few exceptions, these contraptions are made by laypeople and are prone to explode, misfire, or not fire at all. In order to attempt to fire the musket, a character requires some kind of propellant (e.g. gunpowder), some kind of projectile (e.g. bullets, shards of glass or metal), and something to shove all that down the tube. It would take an unskilled user 2-5 minutes to reload. |
